Wealth disparity has been an increasing phenomena in our society today. Between the gap of those who can afford their needs and wants, and those who cannot fend for themselves, who roam the streets without food or shelter. We are here to document and give awareness to these less fortunate and open our eyes to the realities in this world today.

The Toy Story
What Toys have you played with when you were a child?
As a child, i loved to play luto-luto and balay-balay. I read books about dinosaurs and watched tv all day. I had no neighbors to play with, but i had lots of stuffed toys, each had a name, to keep me company. I enjoyed being inside the house because i had my lola to take care of me. I always thought that my childhood life was "simple" because i did not have a hundred toys or a swimming pool or karate lessons. Today, i'm not so sure... What i thought was "simple" is nothing short of luxurious in the eyes of over 5 million children in the Philippines today. I now know that i was lucky to have these memories of childhood.
I had a good childhood :-) it was really fun playing house, yoyo, jolins, lastiko, ball, hide and seek.guns made out of banana, and scooters made out of wood.
I've had lots of toys when I was a child. Most of them came from Jollibee kiddie meals. Perhaps the most valuable was a police car from SM Cebu. It was quite pricey but only lasted about a week with me.
